At The Salty Surfer Co., all shark teeth and seashells are sustainably and ethically sourced by hand from the beaches of North Carolina and Florida. We believe in ethical sourcing practices that protect marine life and preserve coastal ecosystems.

Processing and Shipping

All orders will be sent within 3-5 business days of ordering. The shipping time you see at checkout is the time it takes to arrive at your address once the item has been shipped.

Return Policy

Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. There are no refunds or returns. These are real seashells and each shell must be handled with care since they are fragile.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or defective so that we can make it right. Items broken or damaged within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for compensation.
